信号さえなければ、電動アシスト自転車は自動車に遜色のない移動パフォーマンスを発揮するでしょう。
首都高だけではなく東名高速などの下にもこれを設けて、インターチェンジ以外の場所でもエレベーターで下に降りられたりすると大変便利。
高速道路の下に自転車専用レーンが出来るなら、上の道路が屋根の役割を果たして雨に濡れないというメリットもありそうです。
If there were no traffic signals, I think electric power-assisted bicycles would show transportation performance that is on par with cars.
If this were built under the Metropolitan Expressway and other highways such as the Tomei expressway, and elevators at interchanges plus other locations, it would be very convenient. If bicycle-only lanes were created under highways, the roads above would serve as a roof to protect against rain, so that may be another benefit.
