「日本人が日本の良さをもっと知るための アイデア」を考えて下さい。How could Japanese people learn more about the wonderful aspects of Japan?

みなさん、おつかれさまでした。「ひらめき」「アイデア」ともに興味深いものが多かったように思います。
こういうカフェは味もさることながらどういうことをおしゃべりするかというテーマをはっきりさせるのがいいかもしれません。
曜日ごとテーマがちがってもいいかもしれません。高齢者が持っている知恵を教えてもらう。ぜひ行きたいです。

In addition to type of food, it might be good to clarify a theme of what kind of conversation would take place at this type of cafe.
It might work to change the theme per day of the week. We can have the elderly teach us their wisdom. I would love to go.

子供は減るばかり。高齢者は増えるばかり。子供が減って経営が大変になった幼稚園が老人ホームもはじめる、というケースは多く考えられますね。
このアイデアの良いところは、子供にとっても、高齢者にとっても、おたがいに良い影響を及ぼしそうなところ。こういうアイデア幼稚園、アイデア老人ホームがひとつぐらい世の中にあってもいいと思います。いいアイデアだと思います。

The child population continues to decline, while the elderly population continues to grow. I can imagine that there will be many cases of preschools running into financial difficulty with the decline of children and starting to operate senior residences.
What I like about this idea is that both children and the elderly will likely have a good influence on each other. I think at least one creative preschool or creative senior residence like this belongs in society. It's a good idea.

このアイデアはまずタイトルのネーミングが素晴らしい。ふだんからアイデアを考えるお仕事をされてるのでしょうか。
高齢者の場合、英語など言語ができないからといって海外旅行をほぼあきらめていしまっている方も多いと思います。
せいぜいツアー旅行。このアイデアはとても面白いのですが、この言語の問題を解決する必要があると思います。
ホームステイ前の数ヶ月間のスクーリングをセットにしたり、孫のホームステイに同行するなど、何か解決策が欲しいなと思いました。

I must say that the title for this idea is fantastic. I wonder if this person creates ideas professionally on a regular basis.
I think many elderly give up hope of traveling abroad because they can't speak other languages such as English. Maybe they will go on a guided tour at most.
This idea is very intriguing, but there is a need to resolve the language issue.
This should add some kind of solution, such as combining it with a few months of school before leaving for the homestay or accompanying a grandchild on a homestay.

この検定制度はとても良さそうですね。日本のことがくわしい人がより増えそうです。
様々な新しいタイプの職業も生み出せそうな気がします。ぜひぜひ実現したいアイデアですね。

This certification system sounds quite good. I think there would be an increase of people who are knowledgeable about Japan, and I have a feeling that this could generate a variety of new jobs. I would love to see this idea executed.

よく新幹線を利用します。新幹線はとても心地よい乗り物ですよね。もし新幹線ガイドというサービスがあったらぜひお願いしたいです。
少なくともイヤホンガイドの有料サービスであればすぐにでも実現したいですね。

I use bullet trains often. Bullet trains are very comfortable to ride, aren't they? If there was a bullet train guide service, I would definitely use it.
At the very least, if there were a pay-for earphone guidance service, I would like to see that implemented immediately.
