町の各所に点在する多くの小さな公園や、児童遊園地が、現在、少子化や子供たちの塾通いなどのために、ほとんど無用の空地となっています。これは管理する市町村、自治体などがなるべく使用させないような規定を作っているせいもあるのでしょうが、これをクリエイティヴな交流と発表の場に使えればと思ってます。手続きも面倒なのでしょうが、クール・クリエイティヴ・コミュニティ（CCC）空間としての提案と実践をお願いします。

Many small parks and playgrounds scattered throughout towns have become dormant vacant lots due to the shrinking child population and increasing cram school attendance. This may be partly because the administrating governments and municipalities make rules to hinder their use, but I would like to see these spaces used for creative interaction and presentation. The red tape may be tedious, but please submit your suggestions and examples of using these spaces as "Cool Creative Communities (CCC)."
