日本男子が草食系男子と呼ばれて久しい。でも一人一人はもっともっと野心に燃え、
魂を揺さぶる生きザマを求めているはず。何かを動かせば、失敗を恐れぬチャレンジ型社会になれるのでは。
日本のNEXT GENERATIONが生き生きとしたリーダーシップを発揮できる社会にするための仕掛け、考えてみませんか？？
Japanese men have been called "soshoku-danshi (passive "herbivore" men)" for quite a while now. But I believe each individual is really burning with much more ambition and seeking a way of life that moves their soul. If we change something, maybe society can become more enterprising and unafraid of failure. How about considering a scheme to develop a society where Japan's next generation could exert leadership with vitality?
