「日本を良くする住宅」を考えて下さい。What kind of housing conditions would make Japan better?

住宅を変えることから、日本が抱える諸問題を解決できないでしょうか。例えば少子化問題は、制度や雇用のせいだけでなく、2～3LDKばかりを設計してしまった設計者や供給者にも問題があったと思うのです。
子供1人につき1室だとか、常識やマーケティングに囚われていては日本は変えられません。大胆な発想を期待しています。

I am thinking that perhaps we can resolve Japan’s current various problems by changing housing conditions. One example is the dwindling birthrate. It’s often blamed on policies and employment, but I think architects and housing suppliers who make nothing but 2- to 3-bedroom residences are to blame too. Japan won’t change if we are locked by convention and marketing that you need one room per child, for example. I look forward to hearing some bold concepts.
